• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as they have not been shipped.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Conditions for Refund

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof (photo/video) may be required for damage/issue verification

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

(Example: personal-use items, consumable goods, safety-sealed products)

Delivery Issues

If the courier marks the order as delivered but you did not receive it, please inform us within 24 hours so we can investigate with the logistics partner.
